Here is an exquisite art studio for you to take whatever time you wish to sink deeply into your art. No interruptions, beautiful silence and magnificent views. Just roll out of bed and get to work. If you are an artist or writer and would like to dive deeply into your work, this is a special place to do just that. Live and work here for a few days or a few months, it’s up to you. The wide-open spaces and beautiful landscape inspire many artists to live and work in this part of New Mexico.

Large bedroom with skylights and a second view of the Sangre de Christo mountains. It includes a queen size bed, plenty of storage space and beautiful light.

15' high ceilings with skylights, track lighting and radiant floor heating.
Silence and Solitude
Immerse yourself in the wonderful quiet of nature with the sound of an occasional coyote, raven or owl!
Comforts of Home
The Agora Center and La Tienda centers - grocery store, post office, bank, and restaurants are only 4 miles away. In the same area is a hardware store, a membership gym and gift shops.

There is a second small bedroom or flexible space available for your use.
Studio Specifics
Rental includes the entire studio; master bedroom (1 queen size bed), small kitchen, second bedroom/flexible space (with twin size fold out couch), and full bath.
The main room is 23’ x 24’ with a fully equipped small kitchen, canvas covered floor with padding underneath, skylights and a large north facing window looking out at the Sangre de Cristo mountains.
The second room is 15’ x 19’ with a similar view of the mountains, plenty of storage space and a queen size bed.
The third room is 10’ x 13’ with a twin-size bed.
The ceilings are 15’ high with skylights, track lighting and the floor has radiant heating.
You have mountains all around you, 4,000 acres of green space in your back yard, many walking paths and hiking trails - all with wonderful quiet all the time except for the occasional coyote, raven or owl.
A 25 minute drive will bring you to the heart of downtown Santa Fe; famous for its multitude of galleries, numerous museums, shopping and excellent dining.
